SignalEdgeX collects only the data required to operate your account: your email address, display name, country and phone details supplied at registration, and the trading risk preferences you configure.

Data we store

Account credentials are handled by our authentication provider. Risk settings, instrument preferences and simulated trade records are stored against your account and are visible only to you and platform administrators.

Broker account association

When you request Trade.com activation, we store your broker account ID, registered email, declared legal entity, selected offer, reference note and verification consent. Administrators use the Trade.com IB portal to confirm account ownership, IB attribution, jurisdiction and eligible cash deposits. We store the confirmation, reviewer, decision and review history to manage access and resolve activation requests. Your request status is visible to you; internal evidence notes are restricted to administrators.

Data we do not collect

This activation form does not collect brokerage passwords, payment card details or identity documents. Identity verification and deposits take place directly with the broker. Separately connected execution features may store broker-reported order and closure records for tracking.
